If you experience errors while connecting to your VPS using Remote Desktop (RDP), here's what you can check :

1. You will not be able to connect to your VPS while it is doing updates. When you purchase a new VPS, windows will update to the current version and it may take a while.
   (Do not stop or restart your VPS while it is updating or it may corrupt the system)
   
   
2. Connect to your VPS using the VNC Client provided in your control panel and make sure your VPS is connected to the internet :
   
   
   
   
   
3. Verify that you are using the correct IP address when connecting to your VPS. You can find this IP in your VPS panel.
   
   

If you verified everything and you still experience issues while RDP to your VPS, please submit a support ticket.
