The "This server has been block from the FiveM platform" error usually means that the FiveM developper think you are using a hosting website other than ZAP-hosting.
One way to prevent this is when you request your master key from FiveM (from here), you should specify "Self-hosted" in the Server type area. Then submit a support ticket to get your IP changed.
