Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

How do I upgrade my account?

Upgrading your account with extra slots couldn't be easier.

Just send the team an email or a ticket via our support ticket system with the number of slots or package you would like to upgrade and we can sort that out for you in no time at all.

We will add the additional slots and only bill you for the extra slots. We do not charge for this service.

Why would I want to upgrade my account?

Sometimes you may find that the community or user base using your server has grown in numbers since you started renting.

This can lead to your server being overcrowded with users struggling to access your game at peak times.

Can I downgrade my account?

Yes. Again if you would like to request a downgrade, simply create a ticket via our support ticket system and we will get to you as soon as possible and bill you correctly for your next month.
